Who operates this site
Shenzhen CWT Technology Co., Ltd. operates kicordless.com and the TagReader International Sales & Export Team. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to sales@kicordless.com.
Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ or gated resource request, we may collect your name, business email, company, country or region, company website, phone or WhatsApp number, selected products or documents, quantities, project requirements, consent status, source and landing pages, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, available advertising click identifiers, submission identifier, IP address, browser user agent and timestamps.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate technical discussions, provide requested documents and maintain business records. We do not sell enquiry data.
Data sharing and storage
Enquiry information may be shared with authorized staff at Shenzhen CWT Technology Co., Ltd. and, when technical coordination is required, Beijing TagReader Technology Co., Ltd. Hosting, CDN/security and email providers may process limited data to operate and secure the site and deliver requested communications.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses first-party browser storage for the RFQ list, consent choices and attribution needed to preserve enquiry context. Google Analytics 4 is configured through Google Site Kit, but Analytics storage defaults to denied before the tag loads and is enabled only after affirmative Analytics consent. Google consent mode may send cookieless measurement pings while storage is denied. Advertising and marketing storage remain denied unless separately approved.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting sales@kicordless.com, subject to legal and legitimate business record requirements.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used. Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for enquiry handling, project coordination, spam/security review and applicable business obligations; final jurisdiction-specific retention periods require owner and legal approval.
