Cookie Policy
This page describes cookies and similar storage used by kicordless.com.
Effective: August 31, 2026
Necessary site storage
WordPress administrator authentication cookies are used only when an authorized user signs in. Server security, caching and anti-spam controls may process request data without creating a marketing profile.
RFQ list — kcRfqItemsV1
First-party local storage. Purpose: retain products selected for an RFQ while the visitor navigates. Category: Necessary/Functional. Duration: until the visitor clears it or a later site update removes it. Provider/domain: kicordless.com in the visitor browser.
Attribution — kcAttributionV1
First-party local storage. Purpose: preserve landing page, referrer and campaign/click identifiers so a submitted business enquiry keeps its source context. Category: Necessary/Functional for the requested RFQ workflow. Duration: up to 30 days. Provider/domain: kicordless.com.
Consent — kcConsentV1
First-party local storage. Purpose: remember Accept, Reject or category preferences and consent version/date. Category: Necessary. Duration: up to 180 days. Provider/domain: kicordless.com.
Analytics and marketing
Google Analytics 4 is configured through Google Site Kit. Analytics storage defaults to denied before the Google tag loads and is granted only after an affirmative Analytics choice in the consent interface. With storage denied, Google consent mode may send cookieless measurement pings but must not create or read Analytics cookies. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft advertising storage remain denied unless separately approved. New services must not be activated until this inventory and consent configuration are updated and verified.
Managing choices
Use the persistent Cookie Settings control in the footer to accept, reject or change non-essential categories. Browser controls can also remove local storage, but are not required to reopen site settings.
Policy review
This policy must be updated if analytics, advertising, chat, embedded media or other non-essential technologies are added.
